1st
Day : Chennai Airport
:
Capital of Tamilnadu State,
Which state having the people speaking Tamil. Our

and driving to the Hotel in
Chennai. Where you will take possession of your
rooms. The day remaining day
will be rest for you.
2nd Day : Chennai – Kancheepuram ( 60 kms )
After breakfast proceed to Kanchipuram .The land of a thousand temples
can be seen hurriedly in a
day.The temples spread across Shiva Kanchi and
Vishnu Kanchi and watch the
famous Kanchi Silk weavers at work.After lunch
visit the Kanchi Kamashi
Amman Temple,Ekambranathar Temple,Kailasanatha
Temple and and Varadharaja Perumal Temple.Overnight stay at
Kanchipuram.
3rd Day : Kancheepuram to Vellore
( 90 km )
After breakfast proceed to Vellore.Later on visit
theGoldenTemple,situated in
a 100 acre lush green landscape in the middle of a
star-shaped path, such that
it absorbs maximum energy from nature, which
creates enormous peace and
brings relaxation to the devotees who walk through
the starpath. Devotees
walking through the starpath are blessed to read
messages of truth and
righteousness that enables them to realize themselves
and transform into powerful
beings. The ultimate purpose of theGoldenTempleis
to create righteousness and
transformation in human beings.Overnight stay at Vellore.
4th
Day : Vellore
to Thiruvannamali and Chidambaram : (150
km )
After breakfast
drive to Thiruvannamali. This is the place where Shiva is believed
to have appeared
as a column of fire in order to assert his supremacy over
Brahma &
Vishnu. Arunachala Hill (the Red mountain) which forms a backdrop to
the town is said
to be the site where the fire manifested itself, and is thus
perceived as the
light of god himself. The same day drive to Chidambaram, visit
the temple of Chidambaram. Night we have a plan to see
a ceremony of dance of
Barathanaateyam
(sacred classical dance).Over night stay at Chidambaram.
5th Day : Chidambaram to Kumbakonam ( 80 km )
After breakfast check out and drive .Continue your drive
to Thingalur,the
sthala for Moon God. It is a tiny temple and you will need just
half an hour for
a visit here. Travel towards north east
to Suryanar Kovil
(Sun);next stop
is Kanjanur (Venus/Sukran/Fri),just 3 Km east. Then continue to
Thirunageswaram,the
Rahu Sthala;You will need to spend upwards of an hour at
this large
temple. At Noon you can proceed to
Kumbakonam for lunch. After
lunch proceed
to.Then proceed to Alangudi,the sthala for Jupiter.This is also a
large temple and
you could spend upwards of an hour here. Return
to
Kumbakonam and
Overnight stay at Kumbakonam.
6th : Day Kumbakonam
Start early at 07 AM and go North east to Vaitheeswaran Kovil (Mars/Sevvai/Tues).The visit to the temple and ,if you wish,to a Nadi astrologer near the temple will take you a cople of hours.Then travel south east for 12 km to reach Thiruvenkadu (Mercury/Budhan/Wed) sthala. The temple at Thiruvenkadu is large but it can be seen within an hour.Travel 6 Km south west to Keezhperumpallam,the Kethu sthala.By noon proceed to Mayiladuthurai for lunch.After lunch start for Thirunallar,the sthala for Saneeswarar or Saturn,as it will take at least an hour to travel 40 km south east to the town,which is just 5 km north west of the Unition Territory of Pondichery (Karaikal). You can back to Kumbakonam for night stay.Overnight stay at Kumbakonam.
7th Day : Kumbakonam to Trichy ( 90 km )
After breakfast check out and drive to Trichy.On the way visit Swamimalai.Upon
arrival at
Swamimalai visit the Swaminathaswamy
Temple. Swamimalai has
been mentioned in
Sangam and post Sangam literature which refers to the
beauty in
Tamil.The Swaminathaswamy temple,as it is now,was built by the early Chola
kings.
Continue your
drive to Trichy.Trichy the most famous landmark of this bustling
town - the Rock Fort
Temple, a spectacular
monument perched on a massive
rocky outcrop,
which rises abruptly from the plain to tower over the old city. It is
reached by a
flight of steep steps cut into the rock and from its summit you get a
fantastic view of
the town plus its other main landmark, the SriRanganathanswami Temple. This temple is one of the largest and most interesting
temple complexes in India,
built on an island in the middle of the Cauvery River and covering a staggering 2.5 sq km and
Jambukeshwara
Temples. Evening drive back to hotel or take a walk through
old city particularly big bazaar street and China bazaar. Overnight in Trichy.
8th Day : Trichy to Palani ( 180 km )
After the earlybreakfast check out from the hotel and drive to
Palani.Lord
Murugan is the deity of theTamilLand. Palaniis the third Padai
Veedu. The temple
at Palani is an ancient one, situated at an elevation of 1500
feet above sea
level. It is a charming campus from where one can take a look at
the Idumban Hill,
the Kodaikanal Hills. After the visit of
the Lord Murugan
Temple,drive to
Madurai.Overnight stay at Madurai.
9th Day : Madurai Temple visit :
After breakfast &a short relaxation at your hotel drive
toMaduraiMeenakshiTemple,
one of the largest temple complex inIndiabuilt
between the 16th
and 18th centuries. Apart from the estimated 33 million
sculptures there,
the temple is absolutely absorbing with the endless rounds of
ceremonies,
prostration of countless devotees and glittering market stalls. Later
visit Tiruparankundram Murugan
Temple , Palamuthirsolai Murugan
Temple . Overnight at Madurai
10th Day : Madurai to Rameshwaram ( 180 km )
After breakfast drive to Rameshwaram on arrival transfer to the hotel, later visit Sri Ramanath Swami Temple & Ramarpadam,. Overnight at the hotel in Rameshwaram.
11th Day : Rameshwaram to Kanyakumar ( 280 km )
After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari.Watching the sun rise and sun set from
here is the big
attraction,especially on the full moon day in April,when it's
possible to see
both the setting sun and rising moon on the same horizon.Other
attractions are Kumari Amman
Temple,Gandhi Mandapam
and Vivekananda Memorial.Overnight at Kanniyakumari.
12th Day : Kanyakumar To Trivandrum ( 90 km )
After breakfast checkout and proceed to the Trivandrum airport in time for your flight back home. On departure the tour concludes with happy memories. Tour concludes.
